1- Go to forums such as Digital forum and look for people who provide service under the “Service” section.  Check their work, get their sample portfolio and store them in your drive and check reputation by going through their responses.  Then get the price for their service.  You may want to check other forums too.

2- Register at Odesk, Elance, Rent-a-code, freelancer, etc…

Signup as a graphic design provider, saying you design logos, websites, themes (anything related to website sign).

Go to Craigslist and look for people who need their site  or web design done.  Get their contact information and send them a killer email.  Along with the email, send him or her the sample you got from the forums.  Make the email that he or she can NOT wait to respond.  You may state how much it costs him or her on the next email.  Also offer the service that he or she can not refuse.  Usually if the guy who provides the service charges you $800, you may charge the $2500 or more, but you must provide the top quality service.

This method does work offline too and you can make a big buck.  Here is one of the reasons, those brick and mortar stores don’t have the time to search around and compare the service fee.  That is a big chance for you to come in and talk to your local businesses.  You may want to show them your business card which states you provide a top notch website design.  Don’t forget to make the card flashy and sexy as it reflex your professionalism.

Tip:

1- This brokering business does work on other areas related to online business, such as Facebook fan page. 

2- If you have some money, you may want to upload your sample portfolio on a site or server.  That way it is easy for you to show your clients by giving them the link.

2. Setup the exact same post you have on Fiverr.   In your Gig description, add the following sentence: "see feedback here”. Use shortened url (bit.ly) to shorten your link and use “here” as a hyperlink to your Fiverr gig feedback.
