A way to install a number of plugins to a blog
Until you find a good software that can manage many plugins in one time, there is an old way to do it. If you store the unzipped plugin folders (unzip them then open the file again to get to the main plugin folder) you can upload them all quickly by ftp to your wp-content/plugins folder. Then just activate them in your WP dashboard. It doesn’t take more than 10 minutes.

There is a product on the market. It is called WordPress Clone at Mass Automation Tools. It copies your blog setting,
plugins, and post to another blog.
